We currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.

CONSIDERATIONS
Applies to orders before tax. Package over 40lbs or over 4cubic can get extra shipping fee. Shipping rates valid on online orders only. Incremental charges may apply to domestic and international orders for additional weight and size. For international orders, currency exchange rates may vary at time of shipment, affecting duties and tax. Please contact Customer Care for more details.

Items within this shipping timeline are ready to ship after the orders. Items from some events ship directly from the brand. Shipment times may vary for each brand.

EASY RETURNS
Having second thoughts? No worries—we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 45 days of the original ship date. To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or Orders page.

RETURN POLICY
- Apparel, footwear, home and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Items must be returned within 45 days.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
- Items must not be used, worn, altered or damaged.
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
- Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

REFUND PROCESSING
- Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
